Job Description:

The Senior SAP APO Consultant will utilize over 8 years of experience in managing configurations and support for SAP APO modules, focusing on DP, PPDS, and SNP. The role involves client interfacing, project management, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Job Responsibility:

  • Involved in the full systems life cycle
  • Responsible for analysing, proposing, designing, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting new functionality and solutions within the SAP APO landscape that is delivered on time
  • Work on SLA's
  • Handle multiple clients and ability to sync with different clients and different process simultaneously
  • Identify the broken links and identify where master data within APO needs to be fixed

Requirements:

  • Over 8 years of experience in managing configurations and support for SAP APO modules
  • Expertise in DP, PPDS, and SNP (at least 1 module)
  • Strong SAP APO DP, PPDS and SNP experience with working knowledge in APO GATP
  • Understand interfaces between SAP APO and SAP R/3
  • Ability to document, validate, challenge business requirements and translate them into functional IT specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused
  • CIF understanding is must
  • CIF Integration with ECC, especially around master data & Transactional data
  • Experience/Exposure to working with supply chain coordinators/regional/global planning team and resolving their planning (APO) issues
  • Strong communication skills
  • One or two industry domain knowledge
  • Client Interfacing skills
  • Project and Team management

Nice to have:

Knowledge in DP and supporting process chains related to batch jobs is an added advantage
