Job Description:

As a Senior SAP Analytics Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping, architecting, and delivering advanced SAP analytics solutions for our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders in transforming complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and future‑proof SAP BI/BW and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders in transforming complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and future‑proof SAP BI/BW and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) solutions
  • Taking ownership of the full analytics lifecycle: from designing data architectures and modelling strategies to driving the implementation of reporting frameworks and governance standards
  • Leading the development of advanced data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, dashboards, and analytics applications across SAP BI/BW, BW/4HANA, and SAC
  • Validating and optimizing systems to guarantee data quality, accuracy, and security
  • Establishing best practices for testing, documentation, and lifecycle management
  • Mentoring junior consultants, supporting project teams, and delivering expert training to business users
  • Providing strategic guidance across key SAP modules such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Materials Management (MM)
  • Overseeing complex troubleshooting, stewarding data integrity, and ensuring that analytics solutions reinforce efficient and secure business processes
  • Proactively introducing best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve our clients’ analytics landscape and help drive their long‑term data strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Analytics, including the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP BI/BW solutions
  • Deep understanding of SAP BI/Analytics architecture, advanced data modeling techniques, and enterprise‑grade reporting strategies
  • Experience with SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP Datasphere/BDC, SAP HANA, SAP BusinessObjects & SAP SAC
  • Demonstrated experience in driving end‑to‑end analytics lifecycles, including solution architecture, ETL/ELT design, data integration, and performance optimization
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into robust analytics solutions
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor junior consultants and interact confidently at multiple organizational levels
  • Fluent in English AND French or Dutch
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience with non SAP analytics technologies, such as: Snowflake, MS Azure & Power BI, Databricks
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles
  • Familiarity with key SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, etc.)
  • Exposure to hybrid analytics architectures combining SAP and modern cloud data ecosystems
  • Background in data governance, data quality, or metadata management
