Senior Salesforce Test Analyst QA for complex Salesforce implementations within a leading government engagement in Sydney FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. FinXL is seeking a Senior Salesforce Test Analyst to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading government client on a key transformation engagement.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce releases
  • Design and maintain automated test scripts for CI/CD pipelines
  • Verify complex Salesforce configurations including Flows and Apex
  • Identify, document, and track defects using Jira
  • Work closely with developers and BAs to ensure timely resolution
  • Validate data migrations and integrations with external databases
  • Ensure compliance with government data privacy and accuracy standards

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Software Testing with 3+ years in Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and security models
  • Experience with automated testing tools like Selenium or Provar
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and fast-paced sprint cycles
  • Familiarity with government compliance and accessibility standards
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and ISTQB certification
  • Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman
