We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for our organization. This role involves leading both the technical and administrative aspects of Salesforce, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the technical design and implementation of solutions across Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Industries, Broker Insurance and Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Digital Experience
Develop and maintain custom code using Apex and Lightning Web Components, as well as automate processes with Flows and Process Builder
Maintain and optimize the Salesforce data model to support evolving business processes and scalable growth
Administer the Salesforce platform, including user access management, security, data integrity, and overall system configuration
Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture and other teams to ensure alignment with corporate technology standards and long-term strategy
Support and contribute to Salesforce transformation programs, driving continuous improvement
Oversee platform health by monitoring system performance, managing release cycles, and optimizing operations
Implement and drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management, version control, and environment management
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements throughout the platform
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field
7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation
Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Experience with unit testing, software change management, and software release management
Solid understanding of DevOps processes (including CI/CD) and Infrastructure as Code fundamentals
Experience in performing root cause analysis on data and processes to provide business insights and support process improvement
Nice to have:
Data engineering experience with tools/technologies such as Snowflake, Azure Synapse, ADLS Gen 2, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Databricks, and SQL Server
Experience integrating with Genesis and Worldpay technologies
Ability to write effective, modular, parameterized, and robust code while following established standards and ETL frameworks
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Proactive problem-solver and effective decision-maker, with a growth mindset
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to end users
