As a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, you are a strategic advisor and solution leader who shapes Salesforce-driven business transformations. You operate at the intersection of business needs and platform capabilities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with client goals and deliver measurable impact. Your primary focus is on designing and guiding solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, helping clients optimize customer journeys and business processes. You bring a strong understanding of the broader Salesforce ecosystem, with additional value in areas such as B2B Commerce, Revenue Cloud, and emerging AI capabilities like Agentforce. Job Responsibility:
Define and own end-to-end Salesforce solution designs aligned with business objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding CRM strategy and platform evolution
Lead the design of multi-cloud Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and roadmap definition
Translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof solution architectures
Ensure alignment between business processes, customer experience, and platform capabilities
Collaborate closely with Technical Architects and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
Provide governance and quality assurance across projects and programs
Mentor and coach team members, strengthening consulting and solution design capabilities
Support pre-sales and proposal development, shaping solution approaches for new opportunities
Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in complex environments
Strong functional and solution design expertise across: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Proven ability to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions
Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of customer journeys, CRM processes, and digital transformation
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
Consulting mindset: structured thinking, stakeholder management, and value-driven delivery
Experience mentoring teams and leading solution design across projects
Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect or equivalent)
Nice to have:
Experience with B2B Commerce and/or Revenue Cloud
Familiarity with Agentforce and AI-driven service or automation use cases
Exposure to Data Cloud (D360) or customer data platforms
Experience in multi-system landscapes and integration-heavy environments
Big plus if you are fluent in Dutch
