Job Description

Lead multi-squad Salesforce teams from project to BAU mode. Engage key business stakeholders to optimise platform service delivery. Wellington-based, contract until March 2027, Start ASAP.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with Scrum Masters to successfully transition squads from project-based delivery to a mature Business-As-Usual (BAU) operating model
  • Operationally hand over from the project to platform support including support documentation
  • Manage outstanding Attendance Management defects and enhancements
  • Develop the Salesforce Platform Product Portfolio
  • Provide other Salesforce-based support, discovery and development

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to drive platform value and inform product decisions
  • Previous project-based delivery to a mature Business-As-Usual (BAU) operating model
  • Ability to own and maintain the product backlog while managing a diverse portfolio of the platform services
  • Exceptional client management skills to collaborate with, influence, and align internal business stakeholders
  • Experience working in a multi squad agile environment
  • 5 years experience
  • Bachelor Degree
