As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you'll shape how we connect with millions of customers—delivering personalized, timely, and meaningful experiences across digital channels. You’ll join a collaborative Marketing Technology team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with business and marketing stakeholders to translate campaign goals into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions
Design, build, and launch multi channel customer journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications
Develop and manage integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Sync, and ETL tools
Utilize AMPscript and SQL to create dynamic, personalized content tailored to segmented audiences
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing targeting and segmentation strategies
Provide technical expertise and support to cross functional marketing teams
Collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure alignment and seamless integration with broader business initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including multi-channel campaign execution
Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion, harmonization, activation)
Demonstrated proficiency in AMPscript and SQL
Experience developing content for email, SMS, and push channels
