As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, you'll shape how we connect with millions of customers—delivering personalized, timely, and meaningful experiences across digital channels. You’ll join a collaborative Marketing Technology team that values innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with business and marketing stakeholders to translate campaign goals into scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions
  • Design, build, and launch multi channel customer journeys across email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Develop and manage integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Sync, and ETL tools
  • Utilize AMPscript and SQL to create dynamic, personalized content tailored to segmented audiences
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing targeting and segmentation strategies
  • Provide technical expertise and support to cross functional marketing teams
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners to ensure alignment and seamless integration with broader business initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including multi-channel campaign execution
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion, harmonization, activation)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AMPscript and SQL
  • Experience developing content for email, SMS, and push channels

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist certification
