Job Description:

We are looking for a strong hands-on Salesforce Developer (near-architect level) to support a high-impact Managed Services engagement with the Salesforce Global Public Sector team. This role is focused on pushing the boundaries of Salesforce Agentforce within bid management use cases, involving extensive document processing, unstructured data handling, and custom-built components. The ideal candidate will combine deep core Salesforce development expertise with advanced Agentforce and Data Cloud experience, and the ability to modernize legacy implementations

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and build advanced Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Agentforce-driven bid management workflows
  • Develop and enhance custom components using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Build and manage complex Salesforce Flows, including orchestration across multiple systems
  • Work extensively with Agentforce to enable intelligent automation, document handling, and decisioning
  • Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to process and unify structured and unstructured data
  • Analyse, refactor, and convert legacy Salesforce code to modern frameworks and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and Salesforce Global Public Sector stakeholders
  • Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability of solutions delivered under the SOW

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience (or equivalent hands-on expertise)
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in: Apex (advanced patterns, integrations, performance tuning)
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in: Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Strong, hands-on expertise in: Complex Salesforce Flow development
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce (mandatory)
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including handling structured and unstructured data
  • Proven ability to read, understand, and modernize legacy Salesforce codebases
  • Experience building custom UI components and backend logic beyond standard Salesforce configurations
  • Architect-level thinking with a developer’s execution mindset

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
  • Knowledge of Einstein, OmniStudio, or Document AI integrations
  • Experience working with large enterprise data architectures
  • Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, GitLab, Bitbucket Pipelines)
  • Strong stakeholder communication and ability to drive technical decisions
  • Experience with modernization programs or multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations
