Job Responsibility:
Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement Salesforce solutions primarily using Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud, based on approved business requirements
Translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions, balancing standard configuration and custom development (Apex) appropriately
Apply a configuration‑first mindset, using code only when standard capabilities are insufficient
Clearly explain design decisions, trade‑offs, and limitations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Performance, Limits & Quality Mindset: Design solutions with strong awareness of Salesforce governor limits, data volume, and performance considerations
Avoid over‑engineering and unnecessary complexity in Flows, Apex, and automation
Proactively identify potential performance or scalability risks and propose sustainable alternatives
Validation, Testing & UAT Support (Ownership‑based): Take ownership of implemented solutions by validating functionality against requirements and test cases
Support System Test (ST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by: Executing relevant test scenarios for your own implementations
Reproducing issues and validating fixes
Ensuring correct behavior across roles, permissions, and data conditions
Collaborate closely with QA and business users to ensure solution quality and clarity
Integration & Enterprise Collaboration: Understand and work within an ERP‑integrated Salesforce environment (e.g., SAP or other ERP systems)
Support the design and clarification of integration behaviors, data synchronization, and error‑handling scenarios
Work effectively with global stakeholders (e.g., Japan / international teams), respecting governance, documentation, and communication standards
Internal Team & Long‑Term Platform Growth: Contribute as a long‑term internal team member, helping improve overall platform health, maintainability, and team capability
Share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned within the Salesforce team
Support continuous improvement of development, testing, and deployment standards
Requirements:
3–7 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (mandatory)
Salesforce Administrator OR Salesforce Developer certification is required (one is sufficient)
Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud certification is a strong plus
Experience with Manufacturing Cloud is a significant advantage
Ability to design solutions using both Salesforce configuration and Apex, with sound judgment on when to use each
Solid understanding of: Salesforce data model
Automation tools (Flow, Validation Rules, etc.)
Governor limits, thresholds, and performance constraints
Experience working in enterprise Salesforce implementations, particularly in Sales, Manufacturing, or ERP‑integrated environments
Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations for enterprise customers
Good communication skills in English or Japanese (one is sufficient
both are a plus)
Comfortable explaining solutions, constraints, and issues clearly to diverse stakeholders
Nice to have:
Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud certification
Experience with Manufacturing Cloud
Good communication skills in both English and Japanese for a plus
