Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the design and configuration of Salesforce for a subset of TPH inspections
Rabies, Food Safety, Personal Service Settings
Configuration of Salesforce to allow for full lifecycle processes (including intake via Toronto Health Connection through to completion of inspection report) including CRM module configuration, data migration, mobile field work enablement, generation of letters/documents for mailout/communication, provide data for posting of inspection results to Dinesafe and Bodysafe sites
Report on status, risk management, budget/cost, success criteria and reporting as required
Requirements:
A minimum of 10+ years hands-on experience in large project management and program management in Government jurisdictions and or large private sector organizations
Extensive experience with traditional and innovative project management processes, techniques, tools across agile, waterfall, iterative methods associated tools
Strong IT knowledge and cyber relevance with cyber threats, trends and technologies
5+ years' experience integrating Salesforce with multiple business systems using data integration tools like Apache Nifi , Kafka, RapidMQ with understanding of integration patterns
5+ years' experience in using Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, LWC, Aura component, Flows
5+ years' experience in building salesforce native/hybrid mobile app and integrating with salesforce CRM
Ability to work in transformative programs
Tenacious and willing to support the team during peak volumes and workloads with various activities
Strong in process management and controls to minimize risks exposure
Ability to lead efficient communication between all project stakeholders, including internal teams and clients
Ability to achieve business objectives through influencing and effectively working with key stakeholders
Excellent written & verbal communication skills (comfortable & confident communicating at all levels including business partners, leadership and vendors
Demonstrated superior project management skills and stakeholders management
Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic planning skills
