Our healthcare client is rebuilding their Salesforce ecosystem to support a modern CRM, enrollment platform, and patient/member engagement strategy. We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can rapidly translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role working closely with product leaders, architects, and other developers to design and build core capabilities across Salesforce Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate is highly technical, moves quickly, and is comfortable collaborating directly with senior business stakeholders. You will play a critical role in developing digital enrollment workflows, integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems, and supporting patient and member engagement initiatives. Success in this role requires strong technical proficiency, the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions, and a track record of delivering results in fast-paced, agile environments.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and core CRM functionality
Build and enhance digital enrollment workflows supporting patient/member onboarding for a provider–payer organization
Integrate Salesforce with internal healthcare platforms and external systems to support enrollment, engagement, and CRM operations
Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and rapidly translate them into technical solutions
Work alongside other Salesforce developers in an agile delivery environment with aggressive timelines
Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of Salesforce implementations
Support Marketing Cloud integrations for patient/member engagement initiatives
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise with Salesforce Health Cloud and Experience Cloud
Demonstrated experience building enrollment or onboarding platforms within Salesforce
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments with tight timelines
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical teams and senior business leaders
Nice to have:
Experience in provider or payer healthcare organizations
Exposure to Marketing Cloud integrations
Familiarity with healthcare enrollment, member engagement, or patient lifecycle workflows
