Job Responsibility

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and core platform capabilities to support business outcomes
Build and extend agentic workflows using Salesforce Agentforce, integrating AI‑driven automation responsibly and securely into business processes
Develop high-quality Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability
Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using event driven, API based, and asynchronous integration patterns
Partner with architects and product teams to define and implement governance, observability, and guardrails for agent‑enabled workflows
Coach and mentor team members, sharing Salesforce best practices and emerging AI‑assisted development patterns to strengthen team capability

Requirements

7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions
Experience integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and asynchronous patterns
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, platform limits, performance optimization, and release management
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including GitHub and GitHub Copilot, to support automated build, test, and deployment pipelines
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models and collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience with or exposure to agentic workflows, AI agents, or AI‑assisted automation within Salesforce

Nice to have

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect)
Experience with event driven architectures
Background in mentoring developers and influencing technical standards
Experience in complex domains such as Financial Services Cloud, Contact Centers, or omni‑channel environments
