Job Description:

We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer to lead development efforts across a highly integrated Salesforce environment. This role requires someone who can jump into coding immediately, support ongoing initiatives, and take ownership of solutions while guiding offshore resources. This is a highly technical, integration-heavy role supporting both internal and customer-facing systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Build and maintain custom functionality using Apex, Lightning components, and APIs
  • Own integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
  • Conduct code reviews, support releases, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Troubleshoot data and integration issues—identify root cause across connected systems
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
  • Lead and mentor offshore development resources
  • step in for hands-on development when needed
  • Support agile processes including daily standups, sprint planning, and delivery

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning)
  • Deep experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, data flows across systems)
  • Experience working in highly integrated environments (Salesforce + external platforms)
  • Ability to debug data issues end-to-end across systems
  • Proven experience leading or directing offshore teams
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them forward
  • Comfortable balancing new development (majority) with ongoing support work
  • Experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Agile/Scrum environment experience
  • Strong communication skills—able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Team-oriented mindset with ability to operate independently when needed
