We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer / Production Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including Salesforce development, incident resolution, and production support. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, supporting business-critical Salesforce applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
Provide production support for Salesforce applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and incidents
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce-related incidents, defects, and service requests
Work on Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, workflows, flows, validation rules, and other Salesforce platform capabilities
Support deployment activities across environments using standard release management practices
Collaborate with business users, functional teams, QA teams, and other technical stakeholders
Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and recommend long-term fixes
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support guides, and knowledge articles
Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce
Strong experience in Salesforce development, incident resolution, and production support
Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, triggers, and integrations
Experience supporting production Salesforce environments and resolving high-priority incidents
Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, security model, and data model
Experience with deployment tools and version control systems such as Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, Git, or CI/CD tools
Ability to analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Nice to have:
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, Administrator, or Advanced Administrator
Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
Exposure to Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
