We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst who is not just a “doer,” but a difference maker—someone who can drive impact, influence stakeholders, and elevate our Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep functional expertise and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring optimal configuration and utilization
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with non-technical users, ensuring clarity and alignment
  • Perform hands-on data work, including extracting, loading, and validating data within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and integrations
  • Act as a strategic advisor, identifying opportunities for process improvement and system optimization

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce
  • Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (SME-level knowledge)
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—able to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Hands-on experience with data extraction, loading, and manipulation within Salesforce

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Apex programming
  • Experience with Figma for UI/UX collaboration
  • Exposure to other Salesforce products or third-party integrations
