Scale FOX’s existing orchestration investments into secure, production-grade workflows across brands, business units, and corporate functions
Lead hands-on engineering efforts to design, build, integrate, and optimize orchestration capabilities across enterprise systems, internal platforms, and brand-specific workflows
Evaluate, configure, extend, and integrate platforms such as Serval, ServiceNow, Slack, Okta, Workday, Jira, and other enterprise tools used across FOX
Partner with FOX brands, corporate teams, IT, Security, HR, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to prioritize high-value orchestration opportunities
Identify where existing platforms can be leveraged and where custom engineering is required to support FOX-specific workflows, controls, integrations, reporting needs, and operating models
Design workflow frameworks that connect systems, teams, APIs, data, approvals, and business rules into unified, intelligent processes
Build AI-enabled workflows, including conversational interfaces, intelligent routing, decision support, access request automation, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and human-in-the-loop approvals
Establish architecture patterns, integration standards, reusable components, documentation, and guardrails that scale across a complex enterprise
Lead development of internal tools and orchestration capabilities that enable teams to automate repeatable work while maintaining appropriate oversight and security controls
