We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Agentforce Developer with strong hands-on experience Agentforce implementation across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce AI solutions that improve customer engagement, sales processes, service operations, and partner/customer experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform with a focus on Agentforce capabilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, admins, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Build and customize solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Flows, integrations, and custom APIs as needed
Support agent productivity improvements through intelligent automation, guided workflows, and AI-powered customer/service experiences
Configure and enhance case management, lead management, opportunity management, knowledge, communities/portals, and related Salesforce features
Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events
Ensure best practices for security, scalability, performance, testing, and deployment
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, release planning, and production support
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and overall Salesforce platform capabilities including familiarity with Salesforce CPQ object model and features
Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce security model
Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based development
Good understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets, and platform limits
Understanding or hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently on complex Salesforce enhancements and integrations
