Job Description

Carex is partnering with a healthtech startup partner to hire a Senior Salesforce Administrator. This role will support the continued evolution and optimization of a growing Salesforce ecosystem focused on improving operational efficiency, scalability, and data integrity across the organization. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will lead complex Salesforce configurations and deployments, collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams, and help drive platform excellence in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This opportunity is ideal for someone with deep Salesforce expertise, strong business acumen, and experience supporting high-growth SaaS organizations.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the execution of Salesforce project deliverables across multiple business channels
  • Participate in all phases of the Salesforce development lifecycle including discovery, analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, release management, change management, and ongoing support
  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on flexibility, maintainability, and long-term platform health
  • Support system health and data integrity by proactively identifying issues and driving resolution
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, controls, and documentation to support operational effectiveness
  • Manage a mix of tactical support requests and larger strategic initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including leadership, sales, IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Assist in mentoring and supporting other Salesforce administrators as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience or similar CRM platform experience
  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification required
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Flow Builder and platform automations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver impactful solutions in a rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Experience supporting sales operations, data management, and Salesforce administrative functions
  • Interest in continuing to expand Salesforce and business systems expertise

Nice to have

  • Experience with native Salesforce integrations including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ & Billing, and AppExchange
  • Experience with business intelligence integrations such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience integrating platforms such as Definitive Healthcare, ZoomInfo, Highspot, Gainsight, and Clari
  • Healthcare industry experience with an understanding of complex health system data structures
  • SaaS and startup experience
  • Additional Salesforce certifications, including Business Analyst certification
