Job Description

We’re hiring a Senior Salesforce Administrator to modernize and optimize the Salesforce environment that powers Groupon’s Revenue Generation teams — Business Development, Merchant Development, and frontline sales managers. This is an opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of a Salesforce environment that is mission-critical to Groupon’s turnaround. Mission: To build a stable, modern Salesforce foundation that gives revenue teams the speed, clarity, and data accuracy they need to sell effectively — while empowering Sales Efficiency to design scalable workflows, automations, and AI-driven improvements.

Job Responsibility

  • Modernize Salesforce Automations & Flow Architecture
  • Improve Lead Routing, Assignment & Prioritization
  • Strengthen Salesforce ↔ Sales Engagement Integrations
  • Build Scalable Page Layouts & User Experiences
  • Develop Workflow Solutions & Process Enhancements
  • Partner with Stakeholders Across GTM

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Flows (record-triggered, screenflows, orchestrations)
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and SOQL skills
  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud in a high-volume, sales-driven environment
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach)
  • Comfortable optimizing routing, segmentation, and assignment logic
  • Excellent communication with sales and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or relevant Superbadges
  • Experience with routing systems or assignment engines
  • Background in GTM Systems, Sales Ops, or RevOps
  • Experience designing scalable admin governance models

What we offer

  • Your work will directly uplift sales speed, efficiency, and revenue impact
  • Massive opportunity to rebuild foundational CRM systems at scale
  • A leadership team committed to modernization and execution
  • Freedom to design, build, and influence systems with high visibility
  • True ownership — not a ticket-taker role
