We are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to support high-volume, high-impact hiring for sales-focused teams across the US. This Long-term Contract position will play a key role in building strong go-to-market talent pipelines across North America while partnering closely with business leaders on hiring strategy. The ideal candidate brings a consultative approach, strong market awareness, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for complex revenue-generating roles in a fast-paced technology environment.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the complete recruitment process for sales and pre-sales positions, from intake discussions and talent mapping through interviews, offer development, and closing
Partner with senior sales leaders to understand workforce needs, shape hiring plans, and provide guidance on market conditions and candidate availability
Develop targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive talent through industry networks, talent communities, and direct outreach rather than relying only on active applicants
Assess candidates against role-specific success factors and organizational values, ensuring a thoughtful and consistent interview experience
Use recruiting data, pipeline metrics, and funnel performance insights to improve hiring outcomes and support informed decision-making
Manage offer conversations with attention to compensation components, including incentive structures and equity-related elements where applicable
Balance hiring goals with budget expectations and geographic considerations to help secure top talent across the North American market
Maintain accurate recruiting workflows and ensure alignment with service level expectations, compliance standards, and operational best practices in a remote environment
Requirements:
At least 6 years of recruiting experience, including 4 or more years focused on full-cycle hiring for sales-oriented roles within a SaaS or enterprise technology organization
Demonstrated success recruiting quota-carrying sales professionals and pre-sales talent such as Account Executives and Solutions Engineers
Strong ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and advise leaders at the director, senior manager, or vice president level
Solid understanding of sales compensation models, including variable pay structures and equity-related offer considerations
Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and working proactively to identify and engage passive candidates
Comfort working with recruiting analytics, hiring dashboards, and funnel data to monitor progress and improve efficiency
Knowledge of compliance expectations, structured hiring processes, and service level agreements within a recruiting function
