Job Responsibility

  • Hunt for top talent: Source, engage, and recruit high-performing sales professionals across roles from BDRs to Regional Vice Presidents
  • Partner with leadership: Build trusted relationships with sales leadership across all levels providing market insights, guidance, and consistent communication
  • Run the full cycle: Own recruiting end-to-end, from outreach to offer, ensuring a world-class experience for every candidate
  • Be a talent advisor: Consult with hiring leaders on hiring strategy, compensation, market trends, and candidate assessment
  • Drive pipeline: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies that consistently deliver top-of-funnel candidates
  • Champion the Island brand: Bring our story to life for every candidate, articulating the mission, opportunity, and impact of joining Island

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting quota-carrying sales professionals in a SaaS environment
  • Proven success partnering with senior sales leaders to fill roles across all levels
  • A hunter’s mindset, proactive, persistent, and resourceful in finding top talent
  • Exceptional communication and influence skills - you know how to build credibility and trust quickly with executives and candidates alike
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly and excellence is expected
