Konexial is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Professional to join our fast-growing team and accelerate the adoption of our industry-leading supply chain platform. This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact in a pre-IPO software company that is transforming how freight, fleets, and data move across the country. Konexial’s platform combines advanced Telematics, TMS, real-time freight matching, QR-driven inventory tracking, and AI-driven compliance, all in one system. Our technology is designed to replace fragmented tools with one intelligent solution that brings measurable outcomes and operational excellence to every fleet.
Job Responsibility:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across supply chain, fleet, and logistics sectors
Lead high-impact conversations with operational and executive stakeholders to uncover business challenges and present Konexial’s differentiated value proposition
Use a Challenger sales approach to teach customers something new, tailor messaging to their strategic goals, and take control of the deal
Translate complex operational issues into clear, value-driven use cases powered by Konexial’s technology
Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term satisfaction
Contribute to a high-performance sales culture built on accountability, autonomy, and speed.
Requirements:
5+ years of successful software or services sales, ideally in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in high-growth or competitive markets
Experience selling into Telematics, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), supply chain, or logistics environments
Comfortable discussing pricing and ROI at an executive level and holding firm on value-based pricing
Strong executive presence and the ability to engage confidently with C-level leaders
Critical thinker with strong business acumen and a proactive, strategic mindset
Bachelor's degree preferred, any field. Demonstrated success matters more than your major.
Nice to have:
Familiarity with the dynamics of the transportation, fleet, or logistics industry
Training or experience in Challenger, MEDDIC, or other value-based sales methodologies
High adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
