Job Responsibility:

  • Own a significant annual sales target, developing and closing multi year global deals
  • Conduct market assessments to identify and prioritise prospects within telecom operators and enterprise verticals
  • Build a global pipeline of new logos through direct engagement, industry events, and partner collaborations
  • Engage C Suite leaders with compelling, data driven value propositions across procurement outsourcing and transformation, cost optimisation, supplier management, working capital improvements, and digital/AI enabled procurement solutions
  • Develop discovery sessions, tailored demos, and insightful presentations that clearly articulate Vodafone’s differentiated value
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product and Technology teams to multiply Vodafone’s presence, strengthen awareness, and shape the opportunity landscape
  • Lead end to end deal qualification, negotiation, and closure, while ensuring strict compliance with Vodafone policies, including Anti Bribery & Corruption
  • Share best practices and contribute to a high performance, collaborative sales culture
  • Apply a data driven approach to account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy
  • Ensure structured management of opportunity stages and strategic prioritisation

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar sales platforms
  • 10 yrs+ sales experience
  • University Degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to influence at C-Level
  • Ability to lead and manage an international and distributed team
  • International business appreciation and expertise – lived and worked abroad or worked in a global account management role for large amount of time
  • High performance experience selling into telecoms and enterprise markets at C Suite level
  • Skilled at building long term executive relationships and navigating complex international sales cycles
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities, able to translate data into powerful commercial narratives
