Job Responsibility
Driving Business Growth: Engaging in strategic outreach to connect with target prospects, C-level stakeholders, and key industry decision-makers
New Client Acquisition: Proactively identifying new market opportunities, building a client pipeline from scratch, and executing sophisticated B2B sales cycles to win new business
Relationship Management & Account Expansion: Navigating complex client organizations, building deep partnerships, and expanding K2's footprint across EMEA
Full-Spectrum Consultative Selling: Representing and promoting the entire K2 service suite, including Staffing, K2 University (Training), Managed Solutions, and Consulting Services
Tailored Problem Solving: Aligning client pain points and digital transformation needs with high-impact, custom solutions
End-to-End Deal Management: Managing contract negotiations and guiding clients seamlessly through the commercial process
Collaborative Success: Partnering closely with internal Team Leads and our expert technical sourcing teams to deliver top-tier client requirements
Requirements
Proven B2B Sales Background: A demonstrated track record in technology sales, IT recruitment services, or consultancy sales—focused either on proactive client acquisition or high-growth account management
Relationship Management: Highly adaptable and comfortable across the entire B2B sales spectrum. You are equally effective driving high-volume phone prospecting and digital outreach to open doors, as you are running impactful face-to-face meetings, on-site pitches, and executive client entertainment to secure long-term trust
Tech Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for technology, digital innovation, and the enterprise software landscape (familiarity with ecosystems like SAP, Salesforce, or ServiceNow is highly preferred)
Language Skills: Fluent English proficiency is essential (additional regional languages, such as Spanish, Italian or German, are a strong asset depending on your target market location)
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong negotiation and organizational abilities
Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and team-focused, with a hunger for continuous professional growth in a fast-paced environment
