Identify inefficiencies in Sales tooling processes (HubSpot, Gong, Aircall, prospection tool) and implement solutions to improve usability and reporting accuracy
Identify and automate repetitive tasks to enable the Sales team to focus on high-value activities, leveraging AI and low-code tools as necessary
Ensure data integrity in the CRM, maintaining consistent, up-to-date records of territories, accounts, contacts and deals
Support the onboarding process for new Sales team members, ensuring they are trained on processes, CRM tools, territory assignments, and key prospect accounts
Act as the go-to resource for customer facing teams for training on sales stack tools and processes
Collaborate with teams in and out the sales organisation to ensure alignment in sales processes, reporting, and analytics
Work closely with Marketing teams to strengthen collaboration with sellers, aligning lead generation efforts and nurturing campaigns to Sales goals
Assist in planning and tracking progress on strategic goals to ensure timely execution and alignment with company objectives
Requirements
English fluency
Significant experience (3-5 years) in sales operations or revenue operations, in consulting or startups environment
Previous experience acting as deployment and admin of sales tools (Prospection, Dialer, Enrichment) and CRM (Hubspot preferred)
Proven ability to conduct data-driven analyses (e.g., performance vs. plan, pipeline health, activity volume and quality) along with a strong underlying business sense and understanding
Proven Excel proficiency, including the ability to build performance tracking dashboards, business plans, and automation
Power user of automation and low/no-code tool stack (eg., N8N, Zapier)
High interest in AI technology and solving business use cases with it (Claude)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
Adaptability & Autonomy: Comfortable delivering results in a fast-paced environment, focusing on maximizing impact. Strong taste for being hands-on and providing operational support.

Exposure to SaaS sales or tech companies
