Job Description

Our Sales Operations Administrator will work closely with our sales operations team to verify salesforce opportunities and orders are accurate and have all required documentation. You will play a key role ensuring that our opportunities and orders are entered correctly with all supporting documentation. Our Sales Operations Administrator will be key piece in how we communicate with our finance and manufacturing teams. A successful candidate must be detail-oriented to manage the requirements for order processing and proactive in identifying and helping solve problems.

Job Responsibility

  • Verify Salesforce opportunities have the required documentation and all data matches the corresponding quote(s)
  • Ensure Salesforce data is imported to our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Communicate order approvals with cross functional teams
  • Maintain several databases with information from orders
  • Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales and finance team, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a wide range of issues
  • Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to improve the efficiency of cross functional teams and processes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including an ability to communicate with internal cross functional teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order processing, Operations, or equivalent role
  • Demonstrated ability to process order process with a high degree of accuracy
  • Experience with Excel functions (Vlookups,IF statements)
  • High proficiency with Salesforce (CPQ) and understanding of CRM software
  • Possess an inquisitive mind set to continuously challenge the status quo, be proactive
  • Experience working with ERP systems data (Oracle preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and/or start-up environment

  • Identify inefficiencies in Sales tooling processes (HubSpot, Gong, Aircall, prospection tool) and implement solutions to improve usability and reporting accuracy
