We're delighted to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Valuer. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Brighton and Hove branch.

Job Responsibility:

  • Booking valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
  • Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential vendors and applicants
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
  • Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML
  • All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback

Requirements:

  • Background in Sales Negotiation within Estate Agency
  • Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
  • Has a natural selling ability
  • Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
