Senior Sales Negotiator position at Johns&Co, a leading London property market company. The role involves working from the Canning Town location, qualifying applicants, conducting viewings, and exceeding sales targets.
Job Responsibility:
Qualifying applicants, identifying their needs and showing them suitable properties
Proactively creating opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our expansive database
Cross-selling between the other JOHNS&CO branches and our extensive New Homes offerings
Working as a team to ensure the annual target is met
Conduct viewings & negotiate offers
Delivering a very high level of customer service to all clients
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential sales, with a demonstrable track record of success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Knowledge of the X London property market
Proactive and tenacious
Target driven and ability to meet and exceed key KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales)
A strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation
Dedicated to exceeding client expectations
Hold a valid driving licence (essential)
