This is an opportunity to join the market leaders in E16, with the fastest growing team within Johns&Co. Job Responsibility

  • Qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers
  • Cross-sell between our other branches
  • Proactively create opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our extensive database
  • Work collaboratively within the team to ensure the annual target is met
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

Requirements

  • Demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales
  • Target driven and have consistently met/exceeded KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales)
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation
  • Comprehensive understanding of the London property market
  • Proactive and tenacious
  • Hold a valid driving licence
