Job Responsibility:
Qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers
Cross-sell between our other branches
Proactively create opportunities by making a high volume of calls to our extensive database
Work collaboratively within the team to ensure the annual target is met
Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
Requirements:
Demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales
Target driven and have consistently met/exceeded KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales)
Strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation
Comprehensive understanding of the London property market
Proactive and tenacious
Hold a valid driving licence
