As the Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process, handling property sales from start to finish. You will be responsible for securing new instructions, negotiating offers, and managing transactions to completion, all while providing outstanding customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Handling a variety of properties, conducting viewings, and negotiating sales
Building and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers
Securing new property instructions and generating leads
Managing the sales process efficiently from instruction to completion
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Providing expert advice to clients on the property market and selling strategies
Stepping into support Branch Manager on market appraisals during busy periods
Supporting the branch manager to effectively manage their team
Requirements:
1years’ experience in a similar role
Clean Full UK Driving Licence
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of hitting targets
