As Senior Sales Negotiator and Valuer, you’ll be responsible for conducting valuations, negotiating offers and overseeing the full sales journey, while ensuring every client receives exceptional, tailored, and impeccable service.   • Full UK driving licence, with own car
  • Proven experience within estate agency sales
  • Confident in conducting property valuations and winning instructions, or certainly foundations with a strong desire to learn

  • Regularly carry out property matches and establish target applicant base based on knowledge of the local area and the property
  • You will liaise with the vendor to arrange suitable viewing appointments and co-ordinate accompanied viewers where necessary or carry out viewings as and when required
