Job Responsibility:
Conducting in-depth research to understand target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, using these insights to inform strategy and identify new audience segments
Overseeing the entire marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance
Managing the marketing budget, collaborate with external partners, and ensure all projects align with business goals
Planning and executing impactful advertising and promotional campaigns to achieve ambitious sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, consultants, and industry partners to support business development and sales conversion

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Property Management or a related discipline
At least 10 years of experience in property sales and marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
