Our client is a well-established engineering group based in Malaysia. They are a specialized industry leader delivering high-value turnkey Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) projects serving critical industrial sectors across Southeast Asia and globally.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for turnkey EPCC projects, and specialized industrial equipment
  • Maintain and nurture strategic relationships with major multinational clients, government-linked companies (GLCs), and key industry players in the power, cement, port, and steel sectors
  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, showcase successful case studies and position the company as a premium technology partner
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house engineering and estimation teams to review technical specifications, prepare competitive commercial proposals, and lead presentations for multi-million-dollar tenders
  • Manage and leverage relationships with international technology partners (from Europe and China) to market exclusive, best-in-class dosing, weighing, and specialized mechanical components in the region

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Marketing, or a related field
  • With 5 years of successful B2B sales/business development experience in heavy industries, mechanical equipmen or similar industries
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives, project directors, and procurement managers
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel regionally
