• Oversee daily sales operations at the sales gallery, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Proactively contribute to the planning and execution of strategic marketing and sales initiatives for targeted market segments
• Drive the full sales cycle: from prospecting and delivering sales presentations to closing deals, managing sales administration, and providing after-sales service
• Conduct ongoing market research to stay updated on residential property trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities
• Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the property development industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels
