We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead domestic and international sales operations. The role involves developing global sales strategies, managing key client accounts, leading cross-border business development, and driving revenue growth across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international sales, global client management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement sales strategies for domestic and international markets
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and global markets for expansion
Lead end-to-end international sales cycles including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth across assigned regions
Develop region-specific pricing and market entry strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key domestic and international clients
Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business
Handle cross-border client communication, contracts, and negotiations
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, documentation, and pricing policies
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team for domestic and international markets
Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals for the team
Provide training on international sales practices, business communication, and negotiation strategies
Coordinate with marketing for global campaigns, lead generation, and brand positioning
Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
Prepare and present monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management
Provide strategic recommendations based on global market intelligence
Work with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of international orders and contracts
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in domestic and international sales
Proven experience in international B2B/B2C sales and business development
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
Knowledge of global trade processes, export documentation, and international pricing
Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, etc.
Ability to work across different time zones and international markets
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel internationally if required
Nice to have:
MBA in Marketing, International Business, or related field
Experience handling international clients from the Middle East, Europe, USA, or Asia markets
Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage
