The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for commercial, account related activities and business growth strategy for direct accounts of Industrial and Automotive as the representative of AMD. Also managing distributer for assigned accounts. Candidate will be responsible for all AMD products which include FPGA, Adaptive SOC and Processors.
Job Responsibility
Responsible for Industrial, Automotive market in "Embedded Sales Team" of AMD, FPGA, Adaptive SoC and Processors
Build strong relationship with key persons in the targeted accounts at all levels directly (working level to management level), understand customer's organization, roadmap and deep insight of related market trends
Executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets with revenue, forecasting and pipeline management
Develop and cultivating relationship with internal stakeholder and external partners to prepare best solutions fit to end customers and markets to maximize and accelerate business
Manage distributer as leader for assigned accounts
Requirements
15 Years+ experience in semiconductor business from pre-sales and post-sales in Industrial and Automotive market
Hunter type of direct sales skills to penetrate the targeted accounts
5 Years+ experience to work with management level in customer directly
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in Japanese and English
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Able to cultivate strong internal and external relationships
5 Years+ team management experience and capability
Bachelor's degree for Electrical engineering or Computer Science
Nice to have
Knowledge of market of Industrial and Automotive customers
Drove complicated business with multiple entities involved
Semiconductor business especially FPGA, SoC and AI business
Experienced in supply chain management, pricing strategy as sales manager working between customers and key functions in foreign countries
Strong pipeline creation and accurate forecast management
