We are seeking a senior, consultative sales leader to drive large-scale, high-value enterprise pursuits in Malaysia. This role is designed for seasoned SI sales professionals who thrive in complex deal environments, lead multi-disciplinary pursuit teams, and engage confidently with C-suite stakeholders on business-led technology transformation. You will own the end-to-end sales leadership for large and strategic accounts in Malaysia, responsible for winning new enterprise clients and expanding existing relationships through complex, multi-tower solutions. This role focuses on high-value, consultative selling—leading major pursuits that often span multiple service lines, geographies, and delivery teams.
Job Responsibility:
Act as overall deal leader and executive sponsor, representing the company at the most senior customer levels
Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion across Malaysia
Lead large, complex pursuits covering full portfolio (cloud, applications, security, analytics, managed services, and digital transformation)
Assemble, orchestrate, and lead cross-functional pursuit teams (solution architects, delivery, finance, legal, partners)
Qualify opportunities, assess commercial and delivery risk, and shape win strategies
Own the solution and value proposition, ensuring alignment between customer business outcomes and internal capabilities
Lead commercial structuring and executive-level negotiations for large, multi-year local and international deals
Develop and manage deal timelines, governance, and executive milestones
Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery, maintaining continuity across people, process, and technology
Build and leverage a strong ecosystem of partners, alliances, and industry relationships
Requirements:
10–15+ years of experience in enterprise IT services or system integrator sales
Proven track record of closing large, complex managed services or transformation deals (multi-tower, multi-year)
Experience selling across areas such as cloud, applications, security, data, analytics, AI, or infrastructure services
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and business leaders
Demonstrated ability to lead large pursuit teams and influence without direct authority
Deep understanding of value-based selling and commercial models beyond price-led competition
Established network across enterprise customers, partners, and industry stakeholders in Malaysia
