We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager, EMEA to join Supermetrics and lead regional growth across our Southern Europe team in EMEA (France, Iberia, Italy and Brazil) based in Dublin, Ireland or Helsinki, Finland. Reporting to our VP of EMEA, Neil Delaney, you will be responsible for developing and executing Supermetrics’ sales and growth strategy and leading AEs within selected EMEA and LATAM markets. You will proactively manage all sales activities to drive sustainable business growth and new business development, including developing and managing pipeline, forecast, and sales execution. The Sales organisation is responsible for new business development and customer expansion. You will also work in close partnership with our marketing, product and customer success teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Drive revenue growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets across Business Development, New Business sales and Expansion sales across selected regions in EMEA
Analyze the business to develop new sales motions and campaigns to grow the business
Lead and develop high-performing teams: hire, motivate and develop sales teams in Helsinki and Dublin, while fostering a culture of growth and excellence
Lead the sales managers and reps through a regular cadence of Forecasts, Big Deal workshops, and pipeline management
Develop and execute effective pipeline strategies: Lead the execution of key pipeline development campaigns across B/SDR and Sales
Optimise GTM strategies: Assign resources to where the maximum results can flow, through the analysis of the business and development of region go-to-market plans
Work very closely with the Solution and Technology Partner teams to optimise the GTM approach
Input significantly to the development of GtM plays, pricing strategies and annual planning
Enhance Supermetrics visibility: Participate in and represent Supermetrics at various industry events and conferences
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams effectively
3+ years of people management with demonstrated experience leading net new Sales for a team in a high growth SaaS company
Deep understanding of SaaS/subscription software business models and value drivers in recurring revenue business
Strong knowledge and experience in the AdTech, Marketing and/or Data Analytics industries
Strong strategic capability, combined with ability to drive operational excellence
Analytical and action-oriented mindset
Ability to manage/influence/inspire through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
Strong customer-orientation combined with passion for revenue and growth
Desire for continuous learning and improvement
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluency in French or Spanish or BR Portuguese on top of English an advantage
