We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the IT-Software / Software Services industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a deep understanding of AI Data Analytics and Digital Transformation services. This is a Full Time, Full Time placement opportunity based in Kochi, Kerala, India.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Drive sales of AI Data Analytics solutions and Digital Transformation services
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic advantages
Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales quotas
Requirements:
MBA/PGDM degree
Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience in sales
Proven experience in B2B sales
Strong understanding and experience selling AI Data Analytics solutions
Expertise in selling Digital Transformation services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
