Job Responsibility:
Understand, represent and uphold the integrity of the Accor Vacation Club (AVC) brand at all times and in all interactions
Represent AVC in a professional, courteous and sincere fashion in order to foster good working relationships with all our customers, internal and external in line with company values
Design and implement a clear business plan to deliver on the business objectives and KPIs for the assigned office
Actively manage the sales operation to ensure the team meets or exceeds KPIs ensuring budget and profitability targets are achieved
Onboard new sales team members as well as train, educate and monitor the performance of all sales employees in the team
Provide regular coaching, mentoring and feedback to the team to ensure continued development and engagement
Ensure performance reviews and personal development plans are in place for each employee
Ensure the performance of the team is monitored and the appropriate corrective action is taken, in discussion with Talent & Culture
Share the role of presenter and/or trainer as required
Stay current with required government licenses and legislative training required, ensuring the team are in possession of up-to-date licenses and permits
Ensure all membership and finance documentation is completed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner, and kept on file in accordance with company requirements
Utilize sales, marketing and fiscal reports to assist in managing the site on an ongoing basis
Proactively look for marketing opportunities, support, marketing program and educate team members on marketing strategies
Efficiently manage any disgruntled members/guests appropriately and in line with the Company’s Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure
Show integrity in all aspects of the position by doing the right thing, taking responsibility and delivering appropriately
Lead by example in both professional and personal conduct
Requirements:
Previous experience in TimeShare required/desirable
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with advanced sales closing ability
Sound experience in leading and managing a sales team, including motivating, coaching and managing performance
Demonstrated knowledge and application of sales techniques
Sound problem solving and negotiation skills
Positive and enthusiastic attitude
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and listening
Customer centric with exceptional customer service skills
