Job Description:

Responsible for proactively managing group/catering opportunities with significant revenue potential. Achieves personal and team-related revenue goals, drives customer loyalty, and develops relationships within the community to grow the account base. Handles incoming group/catering opportunities and designs creative catered events while maximizing revenue opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively soliciting and managing group/catering related opportunities
achieving personal and team-related revenue goals
turning over business properly for proper service delivery
delivering service excellence to drive customer/guest loyalty
building and strengthening relationships with customers
negotiating contracts and upselling packages
developing effective group/catering sales plans
executing operational aspects of business booked such as proposals and contracts.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
