We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive and expand our Banking, Non-Banking Financial Company, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical business. The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy for these key business verticals while leading a high-performing sales team.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the NBFC and BFSI verticals to meet and exceed business objectives and revenue targets
Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the NBFC and BFSI sectors
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers within financial institutions, banks, NBFC, insurance companies, and related businesses
Take ownership of key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions, managing the sales lifecycle, and ensuring the timely delivery of services
Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust the sales approach and identify new opportunities for business growth
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and expectations
Strong ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders
Expertise in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and high-level negotiations
Experience with both inbound and outbound sales strategies
Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts to senior management
Provide actionable insights based on sales data
Lead the negotiation process, drafting proposals, and closing deals in alignment with the company's objectives
Requirements:
10-12 years of direct sales experience in the NBFC and BFSI sectors with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Good understanding of the cybersecurity landscape
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities for business growth
