Job Responsibility:
Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to enhance performance and successfully close deals
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors
Set clear sales objectives and ensure consistent achievement across the team
Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies effectively
Work closely with technical, design, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, or a related field
Proven sales management in renewable energy/solar
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Strategic thinking, adaptability, high integrity, and customer focus
