We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager, UK to lead and inspire our UK sales team while driving strategic growth across the region. This role is responsible for developing high-impact client relationships, building a strong and accountable sales culture, and positioning Phillip Jeffries as the leading luxury wallcovering brand in the market. This is a highly visible leadership role that blends strategy, team development, and hands-on client engagement to drive both revenue growth and long-term brand success. This position will report directly to the Managing Director of PJ International and will be based in the London market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing UK sales team

  • Support hiring and talent development to ensure long-term team strength

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales management experience within a high-end luxury brand environment
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a showroom, retail, or design-driven business
  • Based in the London, UK market
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive revenue growth
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset with experience in forecasting and CRM pipeline management
  • Well-connected within the luxury design and showroom community
  • Results-driven, proactive, and able to navigate challenges effectively
  • Skilled in negotiating and closing deals
  • Digitally savvy and comfortable engaging clients both virtually and in person
  • Full UK driver’s license with a willingness to travel
