The Senior Sales Manager will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving revenue and market share within the Malaysian Passenger Car Radial (PCR) tire segment. You will be tasked with transforming financial targets into actionable sales strategies and overseeing the retail distribution network.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed annual financial and revenue targets
Identify and secure new wholesale and retail opportunities to broaden the brand’s footprint
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail partners and small business owners
Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
Requirements:
Minimum of 5-10 years of sales management experience specifically in the Malaysian tire industry
Proven ability to analyze market trends and execute growth strategies for PCR products
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Deep understanding of the Malaysian wholesale and retail tire channels
