Job Responsibility

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve targets, utilizing field coaching and performance metrics to maximize sales force effectiveness
  • Develop and execute strategic territory action plans to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor trends, and drive sustainable revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and Bumi agents to secure critical tender opportunities
  • Partner with the marketing team to drive successful product launches, campaigns, and brand presence at conferences and scientific events
  • Regularly review sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, and establish proactive corrective action plans to optimize overall business and territory performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, including 2 to 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive business development, and manage key stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the healthcare sector
  • Strong data-driven analytical skills paired with exceptional communication and presentation abilities
