Job Responsibility
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve targets, utilizing field coaching and performance metrics to maximize sales force effectiveness
Develop and execute strategic territory action plans to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor trends, and drive sustainable revenue growth
Build and maintain strong partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and Bumi agents to secure critical tender opportunities
Partner with the marketing team to drive successful product launches, campaigns, and brand presence at conferences and scientific events
Regularly review sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, and establish proactive corrective action plans to optimize overall business and territory performance
Requirements
Bachelor degree in any Science disciplines
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, including 2 to 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
Proven ability to lead teams, drive business development, and manage key stakeholders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the healthcare sector
Strong data-driven analytical skills paired with exceptional communication and presentation abilities
