We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager - IT Infrastructure Product to support our sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Operating as a single point of contact for any matters specific to your customers. You will also lead troubleshooting efforts, manage escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery. Your role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and organizational standards.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
15+ years of experience in sales of IT Infrastructure Products
Bachelor’s in Engineering or other Graduate degree is preferred
Post-Graduation in Business Administration is preferred
Very good understanding of IT landscape Product sales for Server, Storage, Networking & Security, HCI, Backup, Virtualization, Data Centre solutions
Must have fair understanding of P&L of any deal
Must have fair understanding on Service delivery methodologies and frameworks
Fair understanding of tools & services automation technologies
Knowledge of strategic, conceptual, consultative selling
Flexibility and adaptability with Pro-active approach to customer engagement
Experience of engaging with business and IT functions in customer organizations
Experience in responding to large Services RFP’s
Solid experience with using CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Power Point)
Understanding of opportunity management lifecycle
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Able to work independently with little supervision
Able to make the proposal on his/her own
Good Knowledge in MS office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
Ability to manage own workload and set priorities
Maintain good Relationship with at least 5 to 6 OEMs
