We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager – IT Infrastructure Product to support the sales team in identifying and securing new business opportunities while acting as a single point of contact for customer-specific matters. The role also involves leading troubleshooting efforts, managing escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery. Should possess strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and organizational standards.
Job Responsibility:
Demonstrate strong understanding of the IT landscape and product sales across servers, storage, networking & security, HCI, backup, virtualization, and data center solutions
Understand the P&L impact of deals
Possess knowledge of service delivery methodologies and frameworks
Demonstrate fair understanding of tools and service automation technologies
Apply strategic, conceptual, and consultative selling approaches
Maintain flexibility and a proactive approach to customer engagement
Engage effectively with business and IT functions within customer organizations
Respond to large services RFPs
Effectively use CRM software and MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Understand the opportunity management lifecycle
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
Exhibit strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Build and maintain strong interpersonal and customer relationships
Work independently with minimal supervision
Develop proposals independently
Demonstrate strong knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Manage workload effectively and set priorities efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with at least 5 to 6 OEMs
Possess an established customer base

15+ years of experience in sales of IT Infrastructure Products
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any other graduate degree preferred
Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration preferred
