Job Responsibility:
Hunt for new business in government, commercial, and residential sectors
Present full IoT systems including sensor hardware and data platform linkage
Build strong networks with Architects, Contractors, and Interior Designers
Lead and mentor a small team of sales executives
Manage the full sales cycle from initial tender to final installation
Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to maintain a competitive edge
Target refurbishment projects (A&A) for modern technology upgrades
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of B2B project sales experience in building materials or construction
Proven ability to hunt for new leads and close high-value deals
Comfortable presenting technical hardware and software solutions
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
